Beautiful 18-carat. Gold pendant fitted with and large hand-carved ice green blushed Jade Jadeite heart.
The hand-forged gold curled parts are fitted with little brilliants, 4 left and 4 on the right side. In the middle six larger brilliant cut diamonds which form a flower.
