Lovely set of seven very large and eight smaller antique copper pans.
Hand-hammered, tin lined with hand cast brass handles.
I'm told they where used for egg-poaching or maybe for cooking snails (escargots).
Either way this is a pretty decorative and impressive collection for a restaurant or kitchen.
The biggest has a diameter of 60cm (23.6 inches)
The smallest has a diameter of 23cm (9 inches)
This is measured without the handles.
