19th Century English Oak Cigar Humidor Box Cabinet with Cedar Interior Drawers

Very decorative pretty late 19th century Victorian oak cigar humidor, shaped as little drawer cabinet with metal decoration. On the metal shield on the left door it reads a W, on the right I can make out very vaguely some letters (maybe a name?) and 1801 or 1807 (a birth date of the 1st owner?). The inside of the drawers is made of cedar wood. If you open the little doors you'll find two drawers.
Each drawer divided in two compartments of 15,5 x 11,5 x 7cm (6.1" x 4.5" x 2.8").
The bottom drawer has a working lock and key, it also is dived in two compartments 16,8 x 9.3 x 4,5cm (6.6" x 3.7" x 1.8").
In the middle of both compartments room for cedar matches, a cutter or other tools and it has a 'strike' surface for matches and a small metal dish (for ashes?).
This little cabinet would make a great gift to a cigar lover.
