Never saw a collectable whip holder in such a beautiful condition. So, didn't hesitate to buy it. He has been living in my kitchen ever since. Carrying my key rings and other useless stuff. Unfortunately never a whip. Now I think he deserves a better home. To my knowledge this specific whip holder is pretty rare because I never saw a sweet boy like this as a whip holder before. They used to make these things in Switzerland in late 19th century. Fantastic craftsmanship on this Chamois Horn legged sweetheart with his basket of Edelweiss flowers. A must have for collectors and for you if you want a unique and rare decoration piece.
